Once your check-in is approved, we will send you the vehicle location and your Keycafe pickup code. Use this code at the keybox to retrieve your keys by following the on-screen instructions to confirm your identity. After collecting your keys, you will receive a link to photograph and report any existing vehicle damage before you begin your trip. Once this step is complete, you are ready to drive and enjoy your rental.

Dropoff Instructions
